You can now add cover images to Knowledge Base articles, Properties (Sites), and Technical Systems.

AI & Forecasting

Smarter AI Forecaster

We updated the AI Cloud Meter to understand additional variables:

• Day of Week: Better predictions based on weekday patterns
• Holiday Detection: Accounts for national holidays and special dates
• Monthly Trends: Understands seasonal variations

This significantly improves prediction accuracy. For example, the system can now better forecast occupancy based on whether it's a Tuesday or a national holiday.

Workflow & Usability

Quick Create in Dropdowns

Added a "New" button directly inside resource dropdowns. If you're creating a ticket for a company that doesn't exist yet, you can now create that company right there without leaving your current screen.

Access Dashboard Actions

Added new action buttons to Access Dashboard policies and groups table views, streamlining management tasks.

Bug Fixes

• Mobile UI: Fixed an issue where iPhone safe area padding wasn't working, causing layout overlaps
• Data Management: Fixed a logic error that prevented removing a Unit if it was related to a Ticket
