Partner Integrations
Partner integrations are machine-to-machine: a backend service authenticates with an API key — no human login — and calls Fentrica on its own behalf. They are built for partners and automation such as:
- Demand Response — read and act on building load to participate in grid flexibility programs.
- Maintenance — create maintenance requests automatically from your own systems.
- Metering — request metering and consumption data for billing, analytics, or reporting.
- Device control — send commands to edge devices over REST.
Authentication
Partner integrations authenticate with an API key — an organization-wide credential you present as an X-Api-Key header, scoped per resource (organization-wide or limited to specific sites). Unlike tenant apps, there is no end-user JWT.
