Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see after selecting a property. It gives you an overview of everything relevant to your tenancy.

Layout

The dashboard is divided into sections based on the features enabled for your building:

  • Smart Spaces — A grid of spaces you can control, each shown as a card with the space name and icon. Tap a space to open its controls.
  • Maintenance Requests — A list of your recent tickets with their current status. You can create a new request directly from this section.
  • Access Management — Visible only if you have a master role. Shows the access policies assigned to you.
  • Help Center — A shortcut to the building's knowledge base where you can find answers to common questions.
  • Home — Return to the dashboard
  • Help Center — Open the knowledge base
  • New — Quick-create a maintenance request or other item
  • Profile — Access your profile and settings (top-right corner)
Feature availability

Your building manager controls which features are active. If a section does not appear on your dashboard, the feature has not been enabled for your property. Contact your building manager if you believe a feature should be available.
