Access Management
If you have been assigned the master role on an access policy, you can manage users, access cards, and license plates within that policy. This is useful when you need to grant or revoke access for people in your area — for example, employees in your office or family members in your apartment.
Access management is only visible if you have the master role. Regular (user-level) tenants can see their own access details but cannot manage others. If you need master access, contact your property manager.
Access policies
An access policy defines a group of people and the areas they can access, along with activation times and access methods. Your dashboard shows the policies assigned to you.
- Name — Name of the access policy
- Type — Category (e.g., tenant, maintenance personnel, visitor)
- Activation — Start and end date/time when access is active
- Status — Whether the policy is currently enabled
Managing users
As a master user you can add, edit, and remove people from your access policies.
- From the dashboard, open the Access Management section
- Select an access policy
- Tap Users to see the list of users in the policy
- To add a user, tap Add and fill in their details:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- PIN code (if PIN access is enabled)
- Role (user or master)
Changes take effect immediately. The person will be able to access the building using the methods configured for the policy.
Managing access cards
If card-based access is enabled, you can assign and remove physical access cards.
- Open the access policy
- Navigate to the Cards section
- Add a new card or remove an existing one
Managing license plates
If license plate recognition is enabled (e.g., for parking gates), you can manage authorized license plates.
- Open the access policy
- Navigate to the License Plates section
- Add or remove license plate numbers
