Overview

The Fentrica baseVIRTUAL is a software-based implementation of the Fentrica controller platform, designed to run on standard x86-64 Linux servers or virtual machines. It provides the same powerful automation and integration capabilities as the physical baseMINI controller, but without dedicated hardware I/O.

The baseVIRTUAL is ideal for:

• Cloud-based deployments - Run in data centers or cloud infrastructure
• Software protocol integrations - Connect via Modbus/TCP, BACnet/IP, MQTT, and other IP-based protocols
• Scalable installations - Deploy multiple instances for large building portfolios
• Testing and development - Evaluate Fentrica capabilities before hardware deployment

Manufacturer Warranty

Fentrica provides support for its baseVIRTUAL software only to the person or entity that originally purchased the license from Fentrica or its authorized distributor. The warranty remains valid only if the system is used as intended, following all guidelines outlined in this manual and in accordance with the operating conditions specified.

Limited Liability

Fentrica is not affiliated with any of the Internet providers or hosting services, therefore, it shall not be responsible for the quality of Internet service or server availability.

Fentrica shall also assume no liability due to direct or indirect damage or loss, as well as unreceived income when using the system.
